3Pillars strengthens strategic outlook with appointment of two new trustees

We are delighted to announce the appointment of two new trustees of the charity, Kate Molan and Louis Annan. As we adapt to face new challenges in the economy and the need for our support increases, the experience and perspective of Kate and Louis will be invaluable in guiding our strategic direction.

Louis Annan, founder of community sports organisation ‘Let’s Get Active’ and a PHD candidate researching “the impact of sports programs on young people and their scope to prevent youth street gang involvement”, brings unique insight to develop the role of sport in our programmes, in addition to a nuanced grasp of the daily challenges faced by the young men we support.

Kate Molan, a London solicitor specialising in family law has a longstanding interest in the impact of early life and childhood trauma on future life chances. Kate’s own work in the area and previous experience as a charitable trustee brings strong strategic insight and an experienced pair of hands to navigate the challenges the charity faces in the post lockdown environment.
